Located on the ground floor of a stunning block of six modern contemporary apartments, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 4 people in bedrooms with additional sleeping available on sofa beds for a further 2 people.
The apartment has a large open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area which opens onto a private deck and garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washer / dryer.
There is a breakfast bar and a dining table which seats six and can be extended to seat ten.
The lounge area has two sofa beds which convert to double beds, allowing the flexibility for 5th and 6th people to sleep together or separately.
There is a TV & a DVD player. There is also a CD / Radio / MP3 player micro system. Additionally there are a selection a books, DVDs and board games.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with power shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds.
The main bathroom is fitted with a contemporary suite and heated towel rail.
The apartment is fully central heated and all heating and electricity are included within the rental price.
Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made up prior to your arrival.
There is a car park at the rear with a designated parking space plus further additional parking for ‘visitors’.
